Hollow anchor bar
It is made of high-strength alloy steel seamless steel pipe with high tensile strength.
Coupler
It is a rod extension part, and it is of equal strength to the hollow anchor bar.
Plate
It is installed at the tail of the anchor bar, between the nut and the rock formation.
Nut
It is a device with internal threads that transmits the anchoring force of the hollow anchor bar to the plate and locks the plate.
Centralizer
It keeps the self-drilling anchor bolt centered in the drill hole, ensuring uniform slurry thickness and a better anchoring effect.
Application
Slope
SDA bolts are commonly used to support slopes and prevent slip and collapse. They can also be used in rock slopes to bond rock blocks and improve stability.
Foundation
SDA bolts are used for foundation pit support, pile foundation support, foundation repair, retaining wall reinforcement, and more.
Tunnel

Preparation before construction
Based on the engineering design requirements, determine the drilling position and hole size for the rock bolts and develop the corresponding drilling drawings and construction plan.
Install the Plate and Nut
After the slurry in the borehole solidifies, install the plate and nut close to the rock mass at the exposed section of the rock bolt.
Rock Bolt Installation and Drilling Grouting
Install the rock bolt on the anchor drill jumbo and connect the end to the grouting pipe through the rotating grouting adapter. The grouting machine starts to prepare cement slurry and grouting while drilling.
Acceptance
Check whether the installation position, angle, and depth of rock bolts meet the design requirements.
